Waterfront Parking Garage Elevator Closure: Sept. 14–Dec. 31, 2026
The City of Burlington will be replacing the elevator in the Waterfront Parking Garage at 414 Locust St. from Monday, Sept. 14 through Thursday, Dec. 31, 2026.
During construction, the elevator will be out of service and access between parking levels will be by stairs only. Accessible parking spaces are available on Levels 1 and 2.
Visitors who require an alternative to stair access are encouraged to consider nearby municipal parking:
Elizabeth Street Lot 4 — 421 John St.
Brant Street Lot 5 — 391 Brant St.
Locust Street Lot 7 — 500 Locust St.
Caroline Street Lot 8 — 523 Locust St.
If you are planning to visit the Burlington Chamber of Commerce at 414 Locust St., Suite 201, please plan your parking arrangements accordingly.
