Strategic Plan

The Burlington Chamber of Commerce wanted to provide an update relating to the progress from our 2022-2024 Strategic Plan. We accomplished many goals over the past year, including; distributed over 190,000 COVID rapid tests, acquired 150 new members, improved event attendance and community engagement, expanded social media outreach, and reformatted committees to ensure diversity and inclusion.

We are committed to embedding Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)  into our culture. This means applying a critical lens to all of our initiatives, events and advocacy. We want to ensure our decision-making and strategic plans always consider and embrace DEI.
