It's award season!  The 2019 Burlington Business Awards Gala is being held on April 4th at the Burlington Convention Centre.  

After months of interviews and meetings, the Burlington Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for the 2019 Business Excellence Awards.

The Chamber has named 29 local organizations as potential winners of its Business Excellence Awards in a variety of categories. Award nominations are based on overall business excellence and the criteria include leadership, community contributions, entrepreneurship, environment, employee welfare, innovation and market growth.

While the list of finalists is now public information, the names of the winners remain a closely guarded secret. The winners will be announced at the Chamber Business Awards Gala set for April 4 at the Burlington Convention Centre.  This not-to-be-missed affair continues to be one of the most anticipated business events of the year.

Also being presented at the Chamber Awards Gala will be BEDC’s Technology and Innovation Award, Tourism Burlington’s Tourism Builder Award, and Mayor Marianne Meed Ward’s Community Service Awards.

The 2018 Business Excellence Awards were presented at the Burlington Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Gala on April 5 to the delight of the more than 450 business people in attendance.

The Chamber had named 27 local organizations as potential winners of its Business Excellence Awards in a variety of categories. Award nominations are based on overall business excellence and the criteria include excellence in business leadership, community contributions, entrepreneurship, environment, employee welfare, innovation and market growth.
